Terms of Service

You may use this site to learn about our stays, dining, and experiences, and to make enquiries and bookings. Please use it lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt the site or misuse its content. Photography, text, and branding on the site belong to Madame G and may not be reused without permission.

An enquiry is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only once we accept it and any required deposit is received. We aim to confirm requested dates within 24 hours. Rates, inclusions, and availability shown on the site are indicative and are confirmed at the time of booking.

Rates are quoted in Philippine pesos and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable taxes. A deposit may be required to hold your dates; the balance and any add-ons are settled as set out in your booking confirmation. Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider.

The cancellation, refund, and date-change terms that apply to your stay are those shown to you when you book and stated in your booking confirmation. Please review them before paying. If you need to change or cancel, contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to help.

Guests are asked to treat the property, staff, and other guests with care and respect, and to follow reasonable house rules and safety guidance, including for activities such as diving and water experiences. You are responsible for any loss or damage caused beyond normal use.

We take care to keep our information accurate and our properties well-run, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Philippine courts.
