We collect the details you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number, the property and dates you are interested in, number of guests, and any notes you add to an enquiry or booking. When you complete a booking we also record your stay and payment details.

We collect limited technical information automatically, such as your device type, browser, and pages visited, through standard web analytics. This helps us understand how the site is used and improve it.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, confirm and manage your booking, arrange your stay and any add-ons you request, process payments, send you booking-related messages, and meet our legal and tax obligations as a hospitality business in the Philippines.

Online payments are handled by our payment provider, PayMongo. Your card or e-wallet details are entered with the provider and are not stored on our servers. We receive confirmation of payment and the booking it relates to.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the business, such as our payment provider, booking and messaging tools, and analytics, and only to the extent they need it to provide those services. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and to measure traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

We keep your information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, including to honour your booking and to meet record-keeping and tax requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
