G Bistro is the kitchen at the heart of the resort: a beachfront café, food & bar on the Tañon strait, open daily from 7 AM to 11 PM. Breakfast runs all day, the day's catch comes in fresh from Santander's fisherfolk, and the kitchen swings from Cebuano comfort food to a genuine French repertoire: onion soup, croque madame, moules-frites, beurre blanc. Sundown sessions and live bands every weekend.

Hours
Open daily, 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM, with breakfast served all day. Last kitchen order at 9:00 PM; the bar carries the evening until close.
