이용약관

Madame G, G Boutique Resort, G Bistro, The Secret Hut은 G RESORT MANAGEMENT OPC, Rue de Lucie, Coastal Highway, Poblacion, Santander 6026, Cebu, Philippines에서 운영해요. 이 약관에서 “Madame G”, “저희”는 해당 회사를 가리키며, 고객님의 예약은 이 회사와의 계약이에요. 결제는 PayMongo가 처리하고, 저희는 MADAME G이라는 이름으로 청구해요. 연락처: inquiry@madame-g.com.

이 사이트에서 숙소, 식사, 체험에 대해 알아보고 문의와 예약을 하실 수 있어요. 적법하게 이용해 주시고, 사이트를 방해하거나 콘텐츠를 부당하게 사용하려 하지 말아 주세요. 사이트의 사진, 글, 브랜딩은 Madame G의 소유이며 허락 없이 재사용할 수 없어요.

문의는 요청일 뿐 확정된 예약이 아니에요. 예약은 저희가 수락하고 필요한 예약금이 입금된 시점에 비로소 확정돼요. 요청하신 날짜는 24시간 이내에 확정해 드리는 것을 목표로 해요. 사이트에 표시된 요금, 포함 사항, 예약 가능 여부는 참고용이며 예약 시점에 확정돼요.

요금은 필리핀 페소로 안내하며, 별도 표기가 없으면 해당 세금이 포함돼 있어요. 날짜를 확보하기 위해 예약금이 필요할 수 있고, 잔금과 추가 서비스는 예약 확정서에 명시된 대로 정산해요. 온라인 결제는 결제 대행사가 안전하게 처리해요.

아래의 취소, 환불, 날짜 변경 조건은 26 July 2026 이후에 한 예약에 적용돼요. 그 전에 예약하셨다면 이 조건은 숙박에 적용되지 않으며, 취소 시점과 관계없이 전액 환불받으실 수 있어요. 예약 당시 취소 조건이 안내된 적이 없으므로 적용할 조건이 없어요.

이 조건은 Madame G에 직접 예약한 숙박에 적용돼요. 취소하시면 다음과 같이 환불돼요.

예약하신 요금제와 관계없이

Prefer to move your dates? You may change them once, free of charge, up to 72 hours before arrival — subject to availability, valid for 12 months, with any rate difference payable. This is usually the better option, it applies to promotional bookings too, and it is available even inside the non-refundable window.

If a typhoon signal No. 2 or higher is raised over Cebu, a government travel restriction applies, or your booked ferry or flight to Cebu is cancelled on your arrival date, you receive a full refund or an open-dated credit valid 12 months — your choice, and this applies to promotional bookings as well. We handle these in good faith and will not ask you to travel into weather.

On festive and peak dates — 23 December to 1 January, Holy Week, Sinulog, and declared Philippine long weekends — a longer notice period applies. The exact schedule for your dates is confirmed in writing when you book.

Whale-shark sightings in Oslob are never guaranteed — the interaction is nature-dependent and operates on sighting mornings only. If the whale sharks do not appear, the whale-shark activity is rebooked or refunded to you in full. Your accommodation is a separate booking and follows whichever cancellation schedule your rate carries.

We confirm the outcome of a refund request in writing within 2 business days. Approved refunds are then sent by bank transfer to an account in the booking name within 10 business days of approval — we will ask you for the details, and we confirm by email the moment the transfer goes out. Your own bank may take a further 1–3 banking days to post it. Where your payment method supports a direct reversal we will use that instead.

시설, 직원, 다른 고객을 소중히 배려하고 존중해 주시고, 다이빙과 물놀이 체험 등을 포함해 합리적인 이용 규칙과 안전 안내를 따라 주세요. 통상적인 사용 범위를 넘어 발생한 분실이나 손상은 고객님께 책임이 있어요.

저희는 정보를 정확하게 유지하고 시설을 잘 운영하기 위해 노력하지만, 법이 허용하는 범위에서 간접 손해나 결과적 손해에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않아요. 이 약관의 어떤 내용도 필리핀 법상 배제할 수 없는 고객님의 권리를 제한하지 않아요.

이 약관은 필리핀 공화국 법률의 적용을 받으며, 모든 분쟁은 관할권을 가진 필리핀 법원의 관할에 따라요.
