The French Villa is our vacation home, a residential retreat where we can all recharge our energies away from the city. When we are not home, we open up the calendar to share this small, personal paradise to friends, families and to those who wish to experience the villa, to create bond with your group and enjoy nature that surrounds the villa.

The French Villa Santander offers a healthy air, stunning views of sunrise and a guaranteed relaxing, fun stays with loved ones. This is perfect for families, friends or team retreats.

The kitchen is well-fitted and fully equipped for your convenience in preparing your meals. Microwave oven, electric oven, gas grill, gas stove to whip up sumptuous dishes for your family and friends. Basic condiments are provided and others are for sale in the pantry.

POOL: This exclusive infinity designed pool is perfect for those who wants to cool down. The specially made tempered glass showcasing a see-through pool is unique and fun for photos but not designed to receive additional pressure and impact hence strenuous activities and jumping are strictly not allowed as to avoid accidents of guests and damage to property. We have no lifeguard on duty, please watch over your children. This is 4 feet deep, about 12meters long 2.5 meters wide. Only SALT + UV TREATMENT to disinfect the pool. High end technology chlorinator converts the salt into a natural disinfectant. Soft and gentle to eyes, skin and hair. A chlorinator adds chlorine to drinking water to eliminate parasites, bacteria, and viruses. Pls don’t mind the saltiness in the water, it’s a processed, disinfected sea water.

HEADCOUNT: The nightly rate includes 8 guests (children below 6 are free, 4 children maximum, extra will be counted as guest). The whole villa is exclusive, 4 bedrooms all with ensuite bathroom. For guests above 25 headcount, we will add the ground floor unit as the 5th room. This is the room perfect for PWD as well and right by the beach and thebground pool. The rate includes a Free Breakfast and is served between 6am-10am with a menu that needs to be filled up the night prior.

SMOKING and Vaping IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE VILLA, 200USD penalty. Please exit the maindoor and smoke/vape at the interior street.
