Welcome to our beach home, The French Villa Santander. We are honored to host you and we are committed to providing a memorable service during your stay.
Please enjoy our complimentary welcome basket of drink, snacks and fruits especially curated for you. We hope you will take pleasure in the suites prepared for you, if you have not chosen your suites yet, kindly choose now as we will need to lock up suites that are not booked. Also kindly fill up the breakfast form so we can shop in advance as the shops close early in this part of town.
Please note the following information that are essential for your smooth stay:
Check in is from 3:00pm onwards, check out at 11:00am. Early check in or late check out is complimentary for 1 hour if there’s no guests before or after you. We will be charging P1,500 per hour extra onwards.
The pool is open from 7:00am to 9:00pm daily; kindly respect the schedule as we run our maintenance during off times as it keep the pools in perfect working condition and sanitized for all guests. The top pool is exclusive to you while the bottom pool, the beach, the gym & garden (both upcoming) common amenities and to be shared with the public and other guests.
This is our home of retreat, kindly no loud noises so everyone may enjoy the sounds of nature. If playing karaoke, curfew is 10:00pm as barangay ordinance.

Wi-Fi : Details will be given on site as we change credentials every now and then. Netflix Premium in the living room TV is auto logged in and free for your use. Please do not log in using your personal account.
POOL: This exclusive infinity designed pool is perfect for those who wants to cool down. The top pool in the lanai is exclusive to you, the villa guests whilst the ground pool at beach level is a common amenity, same for the beach, gym and garden to be used and shared by the other guests of the resort. The specially made tempered glass showcasing a see-through pool is unique and fun for photos but not designed to receive additional pressure and impact hence strenuous activities and jumping are strictly not allowed as to avoid accidents of guests and damage to property. Damage to pool glass is 500,000 Php and chargeable to guests, kindly use with caution.
Note: We have no lifeguard on duty, please watch over your children.
This is 4 feet deep, about 12meters long 2.5 meters wide. Only SALT + UV TREATMENT to disinfect the pool. High end technology chlorinator converts the salt into a natural disinfectant. Soft and gentle to eyes, skin and hair. A chlorinator adds chlorine to drinking water to eliminate parasites, bacteria, and viruses. Pls don’t mind the saltiness in the water, it’s a processed, disinfected sea water.
Just to reiterate as this has already been informed at the time of booking, here’s the bed and suite allocations based on your booking option:

Room Name: Sophia Suite: Good for 3. 1 King bed, floor mattress, ensuite bathroom, next to the pool, living room and beach access.
Booking Option 2
2 suites, 6 pax
Sophia Suite + Lucie Suite 3 pax. At 3rd floor, queen bed with ensuite bathroom, balcony with tub, sofa bed and floor mattress.
Booking Option 3
3 suites, 9 pax
Sophia Suite + Lucie Suite + Marie Suite- 3 rd floor, King Bed, ensuite bathroom, pullout bed, Bench beds, ensuite bathroom
Booking Option 4
4 suites, 20 pax
Sophia Suite + Lucie Suite + Marie Suite Luna Suite: (good for 11 pax) 2 sets of bunker (single top, double size bottom) beds that can sleep 3 each. +Pull out beds, +bench-beds. Ensuite Bathroom and separate ensuite shower.
You may choose which suite you prefer upon arrival and if you decide to open additional suite, it will be 3,500 per suite per night. The rate includes a Free Breakfast.
FYI: Livingroom AC is a 3-tonner AC that consumes huge electricity hence it will only be allowed to be turned on if the booking is Option 4 or whole 4 suites are booked. It will only be turned on while on use, with all doors and windows closed.
The Free Breakfast Options
Option A: Filipino Choice
Rice + 1 Egg + Meat choice (beefloaf or cornedbeef) Add 100 for add-on tocino or danggit. P50 for extra rice.
Option B: Continental Choice
2 Bread toast + 2 eggs with butter & jam. Add P100 for slices of bacon or ham.
Option C: Healthy Choice
Oatmeal bowl with chia seeds and slices of seasonal fruits. Add P100 for 2 egg white omelet.
All options come with your choice of (1) Free drink: Hot Coffee, Iced Coffee, Hot Tea, or Iced Tea. Add P100 for a glass of Kombucha or Yogurt.
Food Allergy: Please inform our staff if you have any FOOD RESTRICTIONS so we may accommodate you the best way we can.
CORKAGE: We allow bringing food and drinks on site at Corkage fee of P1,000 per day, this allows use of gas, electricity for the ovens, rice cookers, other kitchen appliances and basic kitchen condiments.
For your convenience, our inhouse Bistro will be soon to open to serve you and deliver between 07:00am – 09:00pm daily. A private chef, service staff may be hired as follows:
Buttress: P1,500 per day, 8hrs to help with shopping, laundry, dishwashing, nanny.
Private Chef: P3,500 per meal set up (4hrs) 4 course Menu (Labor Only)
Massage Therapist: P750 per hour
Rental Rates:
Sedan Rental with driver: P4,500 per day, 12 hrs including driver and fuel. (3 passengers max, 2 luggage) SUV Rental with driver: P6,500 per day, 12 hours including driver and fuel (7 pax max without luggage or 5 pax max with 4 luggage.
Van Rental with driver: P10,000 per day, 12 hrs including driver and fuel (13 pax without luggage or 9 pax max with 6-8 luggage). Motorbike rental big bike (to return with same gas gauge,) Small Bike (to return with same gas gauge)
Laundry: The Washing machine is free for 1 first load every day, every succeeding load is P300 with a free 1 sachet of soap. Handwashing and ironing of delicate clothing is P150 per piece.
Kayak – Free for the first hour and P300 for every succeeding hour.
Paddleboard: 400 per day
Bicycle adult: 300
Snorkeling gear with fins: 600 adult

Child snorkeling with fins: 400
Extra towels: 50 (Lost 500)

Please note staff services are only available between 07:00am – 08:00pm, kindly refrain from calling the staff outside these hours to respect their time of rest. Thank you.
Complimentary services are morning breakfast service, pool cleaning, morning and afternoon sweeping of floors and daily collection of garbage.
TOWELS:
For your comfort, we provide 2 towels each guest (children below 4yr not included)_-1 white towel for bathroom, 1 colored towel by the lanai for pool-beach use. We do not change it everyday for environmental purposes and will replace it every 3 rd day. If you need extra it will be P50 per towel for use on site and P100 if to bring outside for waterfalls and outside activities, just kindly inform our staff. Missing towels will be charged at P500.
Water in the dispenser is complimentary and is potable, filtered via 6 filter system and disinfected via UV Lights system. But if you have a sensitive stomach, we also sell the bottled water from the manufacturer along with other drinks and kitchen condiments for sale in the pantry.
Also, just a heads up, the town is not prepared for our villa’s surge electricity consumption (houses are really small in this small town) hence the overall provision is really small, last time we used all our heaters we tripped the whole town (not kidding), hence if we can humbly request please to NOT shower simultaneously (if using water heater). The electric provider is attending to this issue but won’t be ready till January end. Thank you so much for understanding.
ATS GENERATOR:
ATS Generator is free to use except the fuel it consumes. Electricirty outage is not common and if it does, does not usually last more than 1 hour, however, for guest convenience, it is an option to activate the GenSet and to confirm that you agree to the diesel use fees. We will take the latest meter reading as benchmark. Diesel use of electricity generator runs at P40 per kwh ( includes labor & logistical cost of getting the fuel).Note that the more appliances, aircon, heating are turned on during outage, the higher the kwh reading will be. Let’s try and minimize the environmental impact and our cost whenever we can.
Just a quick reminder that the property is ongoing building and you may see areas still being finished and workers between 8am-5pm (Mon-Sat), we will try to be discreet and quiet, kindly bear with us. Also, since this is a new listing, it will really help our credibility if you can leave us a 5-star review upon check out and privately message us the items we need to work on so we can act on it immediately.
DON’Ts
*Please note that all guests are accounted for and must sleep in rooms. Sleeping in Sofas in the common areas strongly discouraged and will be penalized 100usd if proven. Guests’ staff can be accommodated at staff dormitory at P500 per night inclusive of a bed space, fresh bedding, access to shower and toilet and free breakfast with coffee.
