Per-head, transparent. All-in: inclusive of 12% VAT and the 10% service charge, with nothing added at check-out, and a BIR Official Receipt. Day-use from ₱30,000; overnight buyouts from ₱50,000; peak dates quoted on enquiry. The venue fee — not a hidden bundle.
